Money Received... And Lost
One day we received a letter from father, telling us that he transmitted 1,100 U.S. dollars to the bank of Luban. He instructed us to withdraw 100 dollars and leave the rest in the bank. He wrote: “I will be home in 3 months and with the money in the bank we will build a beautiful house on the land we own in Luban.” We were very happy and mother did as Father had directed.
