Brick built houses moyern were less than two score.
One, brick built house, on Tzepra Street belonged to Hirsh Molier, called: Yirshl Yantzes.
With no technical education - - he built in Kleck the steam mill, the water mill, and the brewery in the estate of Prince Radzshivil. Formerly he instructed the building of machines for an oil-press from linseeds and refuse seeds. In his free time he himself mounted the machines and everything worked. It has been told that when the non-Jewish regional engineer when he came over to Kleck, he paid a visit to Pan Hirshko to solve for him specific technical problems which he could not solve himself…

I was seven and a half years old In 1887, after Sukkot, when I arrived in Kletsk from Stolvetz. I found all streets muddy. On Radzvilmont Street, by the pharmacy and Razivilmont Street there was a green washy swamp and most of the years pigs lay there enjoying themselves.
